How will I recognize my Zürich Walks guide?
Your guide will be at the Meeting Point holding a "ZURICH WALKS" sign.

What should I wear and take with me?
Wear comfortable clothing and good walking shoes. Bring sunglasses, suncream and a hat if it's sunny weather. It's not necessary to carry bottles of water, as Zürich has more than 1,200 fountains where we can stop along the way for a drink!
How many people will be on the tour?
We limit our tours to a maximum of 8 people, to ensure that we can give personal attention to each guest and their questions during the walk.
Can I book on the day of the tour?
Bookings are required for all tours.
Bookings can be made on the day of the Tour, subject to availability.
Your tour is only confirmed if you receive a confirmation email from Zürich Walks.
We generally do not accept walk-ups at our Meeting Points.
Changes & Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please email us to cancel within 48 hours in advance of the booked tour. You will receive a full refund. No refund is available for tours cancelled less than 48 hours in advance.

We start the tours punctually. Please be on time. If you miss the tour you have booked, no refund applies.
What if it's bad weather?
The walks take place in both sunny and rainy weather. If extremely bad weather or a storm is anticipated, we will make every effort to contact you by email or phone as early as possible before the tour starts. We will offer you the chance to reschedule your tour, or receive a full refund.
Am I insured if I am injured or lose something during the Tour?

Zürich Walks accepts no liability for loss or damage of a tour participant's belongings during the Tour. Personal accident insurance is the responsibility of the tour participant.
